Mayor Lovely Warren's Emergency Orders
As of Mach 16, 2020 Mayor Lovely Warren made a proclamation placing Rochester in a Local State of Emergency due to the threat that COVID-19 posed on the health and welfare of city residents and visitors.
This order was followed up by the closure of the following buildings to the public:

R-Centers (except sites open for food distribution)

All Rochester Police Department and Fire Department operations were not affected.
